Where is it? Question for folks that have been everywhere. - Guild Wars Forums

Ok, I finished NF on my Rit today (yes, finally) and I was wondering where this particular area is? It looks so nice and green and I can't remember anyplace in the torment area being nice and green.

I was running texmod at the time with the Carto series up.

Uh, to me it could either be 2 things. In the map when you go through the zone back to Kamadan maybe that is where the cinematic takes place or it was something they had in originally then restricted the area to players.

It's an area where you can make out a Nightfallen Sunspear Great Hall along with a small section of the Plains of Jarin. I don't believe it's possible to actually map everything you see on that texmod panel unless there is yet another portal jump secret.

As Arduin said, it's an area adjacent to Abbadon's Gate that you can see from the outpost. I don't think you can actually go there, but it makes for some surprisingly nice scenery.

OP could have been mapping, you know, other parts of Nightfall, and at one time decided to travel to the RoT. He then noticed the green part on the map, because TM makes all areas in RoT visible.

Doesn't it drive you nuts when you see a cool place but can't get to it? When I got my tyria grand master cartographer title so many times I wanted to get to a spot but couldn't. Cool looking place though.
